Leeds United Have Reportedly Been Informed Of The Price Required To Bring Kalvin Phillips Back To The Club
Leeds United has reportedly been informed of Manchester City’s asking price for midfielder Kalvin Phillips. The England international departed Leeds in the summer of 2022 when Manchester City secured his transfer for an initial fee of approximately £42m.
However, Phillips struggled to secure a regular spot in Pep Guardiola’s lineup, starting only two Premier League matches in his debut season with the Citizens. Despite expectations, the 28-year-old saw little improvement in his playing time during the first half of the campaign, making just four substitute appearances in the Premier League before being loaned to West Ham United in January.
Unfortunately, Phillips has continued to face challenges at the London Stadium, featuring in only three league games since joining David Moyes’s team on loan.
